Class Re-booking and Cancellation Policy

Student Instigated Re-Booking:

• If you need to re-book a class more than two (2) weeks before your originally scheduled class date, you may re-book (transfer to another class) one time without any fee.
• If you need to re-book a second time more than two (2) weeks before your second scheduled class date, the fee is $50. After a second re-booking, no further transfers are permitted.
• If you need to re-book a class less than two (2) weeks before your scheduled class date, the fee is $75.
• Only one re-booking will be allowed with less than two (2) weeks before your scheduled class date.
• All re-booking requests must be received by telephone (769-972-2382) no later than 11:59 a.m., Central, the day prior to the scheduled class.
• If the re-booking is to a more expensive class, you are responsible for the price difference.
• If the re-booking is to a less expensive class, you will receive a refund* of the price difference.

Student Instigated Cancellation:

If you need to cancel a class more than two (2) weeks before your scheduled class date, you may cancel and request a refund* less a twenty-five percent (25%) Cancellation Fee of the total cost of the class.

Classes canceled less than two (2) weeks before your scheduled class date will NOT be refunded.

Boondock Firearms Training Academy™ Cancellation:

In rare circumstances, BFTA™ may need to cancel a class. If this occurs, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option of (1) a full refund of the amount you have paid, or (2) a move to another course of the same value.

* Refunds instigated by the student will be in the form of BFTA™ Gift Cards. Exceptions to these policies may be made on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of BFTA’s General Manager. BFTA™ reserves the right to change or amend these policies at any time, without prior notification.

Gun Rental, Ammunition, and Gun Fitting Policy

Gun Rental

Gun rental packages are available for any of Boondocks’ training classes. Gun rental cost is $25.00 per day and all ammunition for the rental guns must be purchased through the Pro Shop. No private ammunition may be used in any of the rental guns. Ammunition prices vary by caliber and market price. All gun rental and ammunition
payments must be purchased in the Pro Shop the day of your class.

Gear Rental Policy

Boondocks also offers gear rental which includes gun belts, magazine
pouches and holsters for our rental guns. Gear rental cost is $10.00 per day. For example – A two-day firearms training course with gun and gear rental is $70.00 (Gun
Rental $25.00 x 2 Days + Gear Rental $10.00 x 2 Days = $70.00)

Gun Fittings

If you are renting a gun and/or gear for your class, you are strongly encouraged to set up a Fitting at least one week prior to the day of the class. The Fitting allows you to try out several different makes, models, and calibers of firearms to determine which one you should use for your upcoming course. There is no additional charge for the Fitting for any student signed-up for a Boondock’s shooting course.

For customers who have not signed up for a class, we offer Private Fittings for $50, which includes time on the firing range to try out several different firearms. In addition, any student who purchases a gun within 14 days following the completion of their training class or Private Fitting will receive a $25 discount on their firearm purchase through the Pro Shop. (This discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or sale.)

Try It Before You Buy It

Our collection of rental firearms gives you the opportunity to try it before you buy it. Customers may try up to 3 firearms with 3 rounds each before making the commitment to purchase a firearm through the Pro Shop.

Please note: If you show up the day of your class without the required gear for you course you will need to purchase or rent the necessary items from the Pro Shop. In cases where the required gear is not available for sale, you will need to rent a gun and/or gear and purchase the necessary ammunition for your class. If you choose not to rent the necessary, gun and/or gear you will be responsible for any re-booking or cancellation fees, as stated in our Class Re-booking and Cancellation Policy above.

Legal Notice

All notices from BOONDOCKS FIREARMS TRAINING ACADEMY, LLC™ (herein known as BoondocksFTA™) to You may be posted on our website and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to BoondocksFTA™ shall be made either by regular mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at: 11771 Highway 18, Raymond, MS 39154. Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to BoondocksFTA™ five (5) days after the date sent.
