Offseason Activities

With Deer Season wrapping up, sportsman who are hunting for other offseason activities should consider taking a First Aid course.

HUNTING ACCIDENTS: ARE THE HOLIDAYS THE MOST DANGEROUS SEASON?

Amidst reports of shattered records and jaw-dropping trophies, people are seeing their newsfeeds filled with frequent and harrowing stories about serious and deadly hunting accidents this holiday season.

I enjoy seeing all the happy hunters posing with their harvest, but to often I see tragic posts of hunters injured or killed while in the woods. With immediate first aid, some of these deaths could have been prevented. For hunters who are usually hours away from emergency services, first aid training could be the difference between life and death.

Our Emergency First Aid Fundamentals (EFAF) class is a great way to gain the life saving skills you may need on your next hunt. These skills can also be used in your everyday life at home, work, church or out in the public. The EFAF class is a just 5-hours long and only costs $69.
